Der Zwei-Wochen-Test: Was bricht, wenn Sie weg sind

Zwei Wochen weg.

Was wirklich auffällt

  3. Was auf Sie wartet.

Was danach anders ist

Two weeks away. No reason to worry, says the calendar. The office says something else: the inbox fills up, an approval waits, a supplier gets no reply, and a password exists in exactly one head.

What actually shows up

After two weeks, three lists appear. Not from outside — from the daily work itself:

  1. What only you can do. An approval, a signature, a conversation nobody else leads. Usually less than expected — and still enough to delay everything else.
  2. What only you have. Access, licences, an account running to your private address. This is where it gets expensive: not because something breaks, but because nobody can reach it.
  3. What waits for you. Decisions that sit still because the one voice that makes them is gone. You come back to a stack, not a problem.

The test is not a holiday

This is not about time off. It is about knowing where the company hangs on a single person. Whoever does not know that does not plan cover — they hope for it.

What is different afterwards

Nothing large. One access gets shared, one approval gets a second name, one decision gets a rule instead of a person. Three lines on a page — and the next test comes out shorter.

Bunun izinle ilgisi yok.
