Kein kleines Unternehmen scheitert an Excel.

No small business fails because of Excel. It fails because the same sheet sits in five folders, nobody knows which one is current, and the truth ends up living on a single laptop.

Five Signs Almost Everyone Recognises

  1. There are two versions. "Use the new one" is a sentence that assumes an old one exists — and that someone still has it.
  2. The file lives on one machine. If that machine fails, the process fails.
  3. One person understands the formulas. When only one person may change the sheet, the sheet is an individual, not a tool.
  4. Nobody sees the history. Who changed which number and when can no longer be traced — not even two years later.
  5. The sheet has no rights. Everyone sees everything, or no one is allowed to and asks everyone anyway.

It Does Not Have to Be Software Straight Away

The first step is not a new programme but a rule: one file, one place, one name per version with a date. Only once that stands is it worth asking about a shared platform. Otherwise the mess simply moves into a new tool.

It sounds trivial. It is trivial — and it is still the difference between a process that runs and one that hangs on a spreadsheet.

Hiçbir küçük işletme Excel yüzünden batmaz. Aynı tablonun beş klasörde durması, kimsenin hangisinin güncel olduğunu bilmemesi ve gerçeğin sonunda tek bir dizüstünde yaşaması yüzünden batar.

Neredeyse Herkesin Tanıdığı Beş İşaret
