Kein Ticket-System, keine Software, keine Kampagne.

The question arrives by email, the reply goes out by WhatsApp, the order lands in the contact form. After a week nobody knows who answered what — and the customer ordered somewhere else long ago.

That is not a technology problem. Most of the time there is simply no single place and no name attached to it.

Customers do not ask where you listen

A small business runs on three or four channels: phone, email, the chat on the website, sometimes a social profile. Each has its own entrance and nobody sees all of them. While they stay separate, the question "did anyone see this?" has to be answered fresh every day.

One inbox with a name

The first step costs nothing: one address that collects the channels — form, social profile, chat — and one name next to it that watches it. Not "the team", one person. A second name as a stand-in, so holidays do not create a backlog. What matters is only that everything lands in a place where it cannot be overlooked.

The test: three channels, three times of day

  1. On Monday morning, send a message through the website form.
  2. On Wednesday evening, through the social profile.
  3. On Friday, call the number printed on the page — at a time when nobody expects a call.

Write down when someone answered and who it was. Anything that takes longer than a working day does not need a new process, it needs one clear entrance.

What is not needed

No ticketing system, no software, no campaign. A shared inbox, one answering rule (whoever reads it first replies briefly — even with "more this afternoon") and a list of the channels actually in use. The rest is habit.

The real question is not which tool you use, anyway. It is: who notices when three days pass with nothing happening?

Kanallar ayrı kaldıkça "bunu gören oldu mu?" sorusu her gün yeniden yanıtlanır.

Tek gelen kutusu, tek isim

  1. Pazartesi sabahı site formundan bir mesaj gönderin.
  2. Çarşamba akşamı sosyal profilden yazın.

Gerekmeyenler

Talep sistemi yok, yazılım yok, kampanya yok.
