Warum sich der neue Laptop langsamer anfühlt als der alte
Der neue Rechner hat mehr Speicher, eine schnellere Platte und trotzdem dauert alles länger. Das ist kein Kaputtgehen. Es ist Umzug — und der wurde nur halb gemacht.
Was tatsächlich passiert
Der alte Rechner hat Jahre gebraucht, um seinen Zustand zu erreichen. Auf dem neuen ist dieser Zustand am ersten Tag schon da — weil vier Dinge mitgewandert sind:
- Die Anmeldung. Viele Browserprofile, viele offene Tabs, viele Erweiterungen. Jede Erweiterung ist ein kleines Programm, das beim Start mitarbeitet.
- Der Cloud-Client. Ein Ordner, der synchronisiert wird, während man darin arbeitet. Auf dem alten Rechner war das langsamer auffällig als teuer.
- Der Virenscanner mit voller Prüfung. Prüft er jede Datei beim Öffnen und Schreiben, merkt man das erst auf schneller Hardware wieder.
- Das Hintergrund-Update. Kaum angeschaltet, laden mehrere Programme ihre neue Version. Der erste Tag ist selten repräsentativ.
Was hilft, ohne zu werden zum Techniker
Nicht alles auf einmal. Zwei Freitage reichen: erst die Erweiterungen durchgehen und die Hälfte löschen, dann die Programme ansehen, die beim Start mitlaufen. Beides lässt sich ohne Fachwissen prüfen — und beides zeigt die Liste, was überhaupt mitläuft.
Der neue Rechner ist nicht langsamer. Er ist nur ehrlicher: Er zeigt, was auf dem alten schon die ganze Zeit mitlief.

What actually happens
The old machine took years to reach its condition. On the new one that condition is there on day one — because four things moved with it:
- The sign-in. Many browser profiles, many open tabs, many extensions. Every extension is a small program that joins in at startup.
- The cloud client. A folder that syncs while you work inside it. On the old machine that was noticeable quietly rather than expensively.
- The scanner with full checking. If it inspects every file on open and on write, the cost only becomes visible again on fast hardware.
- The background update. Barely connected, and several programs download their new version. The first day is rarely representative.
What helps without becoming the technician
Not everything at once. Two Friday afternoons are enough: first go through the extensions and delete half, then look at the programs that start with the machine. Both can be checked without specialist knowledge — and both show the list of what is running at all.
The new machine is not slower. It is only more honest: it shows what had been running on the old one the whole time.

Gerçekte ne oluyor
Eski makine durumuna ulaşmak için yıllar harcadı. Yenisinde bu durum birinci gününden beri var — çünkü dört şey onunla birlikte taşındı:
- Oturum açma. Çok sayıda tarayıcı profili, çok sayıda açık sekme, çok sayıda eklenti. Her eklenti, başlangıçta işe katılan küçük bir programdır.
- Bulut istemcisi. İçinde çalışırken eşzamanlanan bir klasör. Eski makinede bunun fiyatı fark edilirken sessizce ödeniyordu.
- Tam denetim yapan tarayıcı koruması. Her dosyayı açılışta ve yazılışta inceliyorsa, bedeli yalnızca hızlı donanımda yeniden görünür olur.
- Arka plandaki güncelleme. Makine yeni bağlanmış, birkaç program yeni sürümünü indiriyor. İlk gün nadiren temsilicidir.
Teknisyen olmadan ne yardımcı olur
Hepsini birden değil. İki cuma ikindisi yeter: önce eklentileri gözden geçirip yarısını kaldırmak, sonra makineyle birlikte başlayan programlara bakmak. İkisi de uzman bilgisi olmadan denetlenebilir — ve ikisi de neyin çalıştığının listesini gösterir.
Yeni makine daha yavaş değil. Yalnızca daha dürüst: eski makinede bütün zaman boyunca neyin çalıştığını gösteriyor.
