Most companies meet AI one box at a time: one assistant, one question, one answer. The next step looks less like a smarter box and more like a small team — a researcher, a drafter, a checker, each handing the work to the next. What changes is not the quality of any single answer, but where the work sits.
The Value Is in the Handoff
None of these steps is impressive on its own. Collecting sources is a solved task, a first draft takes a minute, checking a claim against a document is mechanical. The interesting part is the seam between them: what the first agent hands over, in which format, and what the next one is allowed to assume. Buy three tools and connect nothing and you get three tools. Define one handoff and you get a process.
What Daily Work Starts to Look Like
- Work arrives prepared. Whoever opens the task sees the sources, the draft and the open questions — not an empty box.
- There is a trail. You can see which agent produced which part from which document, so a wrong sentence can be traced instead of guessed.
- The last word stays human. Approval is a step in the chain, not something you hope happens.
Where It Goes Wrong First
Three agents on the same task usually produce three versions, each of them confident. Without one shared source and one owner, the disagreement stays invisible until a customer sees it. And every handoff costs time and money: an unclear step does not become clearer through automation — it only fails faster.
A First Setup Worth Doing
- Pick one recurring process, not a vision: invoicing, a weekly report, a support summary.
- Give everyone the same source: one folder, one truth, no private copies.
- Write the handoff down: what each step must pass on, and in which format.
- Put one approval point where a person can still say no.
- Watch a single number: how often the chain runs without being corrected.
Agents working together are not a bigger version of one assistant. They are a small, boring, documented process where every step knows what the last one did — and where a person still signs the result at the end.
- Devri yazıyla tanımlayın: her adımın neyi hangi biçimde devretmesi gerektiğini.
