Direkt: Ein Link, einmal gesendet, in ruhigem Ton.

The best review rarely arrives at quarter end. It arrives right after the work is done, while the result is still fresh — and when the request says what to write about.

Reviews are an ask, not a fee.

The moment decides more than the wording

Someone who just watched the problem get solved can describe in one sentence what was good. Someone who spoke to the company six months ago no longer knows what happened — and therefore writes nothing. So the ask belongs at the end of the job, not at the end of the month.

Two sentences that make the difference

Be specific: "If you could write two lines about what went smoothly this time" is easier to answer than "please rate us". An open request produces a blank answer or none; a hint produces a real sentence.

Ask once: one link, sent once, in plain language. No chasing, no reminder three days later, no discount in exchange — that is unfair to other customers, and people notice it.

Where the request should lead

A review profile that already exists and where most customers look it up should be the default. If there is none, that is not a marketing campaign but half an hour of setup — name, address, hours, phone. After that, those sentences also get found.

Not every ask gets answered

That is normal and no reason to change the tone. Asking ten times does not produce ten times the reviews, it produces more uncomfortable replies. One ask costs nothing and keeps the door open for later.

And one honest line: a review you write yourself, or have written, is not a review — it is a mistake that stays visible for years.

Her istek yanıtlanmaz

On kez sormak on kat yorum getirmez, daha çok rahatsız edici yanıt getirir.
