In welchem Format?

An AI assistant is not an expert who knows your company; it is a hard-working intern with a fast keyboard: it produces in minutes what a person needs hours for. And just like with an intern, everything depends on the brief.

Brief it like a new employee

What you would give a new employee is usually missing from the model: what is the goal? Who receives the result? Which sources count and which do not? In what format? A brief without those four answers produces text that sounds the same in every company — and that nobody signs.

The sources are on your side

An intern does not know what your customer said last week — neither does the AI. Whoever does not include their own documents, old offers and a current price list gets general phrases. Whoever does include them gets work that can be checked.

Checking belongs at the end, not in the middle

With an intern you check the result, not every step in between. Same here: read what goes out, exactly, for five minutes before it goes out. That costs less than one wrong number in an offer — and far less than permanent control.

When the intern becomes the expert

When the same task has been done equally well five times, it is no longer an intern's job; it is a procedure. Then it belongs in a template, a checklist, a fixed slot — and the AI does the part that is always the same anyway.
