Drei Runden, drei Angreifer
Zwei Sätze je Einwand: was kommen wird und was Sie antworten.
The plan looks good in the document: scope, price, date. Then the call comes, and four sentences later it is dead. Usually not because it was bad, but because nobody attacked it first. The AI can do that in three rounds — before the customer does.
Three rounds, three attackers
Round one: the customer with a tight budget. Round two: the provider who does the same for less. Round three: the colleague who has to deliver it. One short answer per round, no flattery — “what would you object to if you received this email” is enough. What is on the page afterwards is not a feeling, it is a list.
Context decides, not the prompt
Without the real numbers the AI invents standard objections, and those hit nobody. Give it three things: what you offer exactly, for whom, at what price. Customer names, passwords and internal numbers stay out — the same rule as for any other use.
Keep only the two strong objections
Most objections are noise. Keep the two you could not answer in one breath. Those are the two the customer will ask, and they are the only ones that improve the plan.
Write the answer before the call
Two sentences per objection: what will come, and what you answer. The strong two then go into the email already — as a paragraph that answers the question before it is asked. A plan that survived three rounds reads differently from a plan nobody ever checked.
Planda her şey yerli yerinde: kapsam, fiyat, tarih.
